Terms and Conditions for submitting Real Estate complaints
Dear customer: You must read and agree to these terms and conditions before filing a complaint in the real estate violations system, as if the complaint does not meet the following conditions, the complaint will be closed.
- The real estate violations system is concerned with violations committed by real estate companies and in the event that the complaint is not within the competence of the RERA the complaint will be closed.

The complaint must be registered by the person concerned or authorized by power of attorney.

It must be confirmed that the data entered in the system is correct in order to avoid closing the complaint, for example (choosing the name of the company correctly and the type of complaint ).

Supporting documents must be attached to the complaint and proof of the violation

This system is not concerned with considering complaints related to rental issues, as the competent authority is the (Rental Dispute Center)

This system is not concerned with considering complaints related to the cancellation of contracts, reservations, or any financial compensation.

The expected time to respond to the complaint is 5 working days, and transactions that have legal obstacles are excluded from completing them on time
Important note: In order to quickly complete the transaction, the system will automatically transfer the complaint submitted to the company officials to respond to it, and the employee will follow up, take action and respond to the complainant.
